Spruce Meadow is a community of luxury 2 & 3 bedroom furnished and unfurnished garden style apartment units conveniently located just off Route 1 within walking distance of Kennebunk Center. We are less than 5 minutes drive to the Maine Turnpike. Beaches, Golf, tennis, biking, shopping, fine restaurants and more are all within five miles of the apartment complex. Beach passes for Kennebunk Beach are included.

Each apartment includes one garage space with additional storage. One additional car may be parked in the driveways.. Laundries are available on the premises.

Our two bedroom fully furnished apartments are available as a yearly lease or as a summer seasonal rental.

	Spruce Meadow Apartments Building in Winter. Maintenance crew keeps driveways and walks clear after all storms.  Garage: Each apartment includes one garage space with additional storage. One additional car may be parked in the driveways.
	Spruce Meadow Apartments Building. Weekly visits from our maintenance crew keeps lawns and gardens well manicured. Laundry: Coin operator washers and dryers are located in the basements of buildings 10, 18 & 20 for all tenants use.
	Eat in kitchen with slider to deck overlooking quiet wooded area. Kitchens are equipped with everything you will need to set up house.
	Bedrooms - each of the 2 large bedrooms feature 2 closets and wall to wall carpeting. All linens are supplied for both bedrooms. Second bedroom has two twin beds.
	Living Room: The spacious bright living room has a coat closet for additional storage and has wall to wall carpeting. Cable ready jacks in living room.
	Bathroom - Beautifully accessorized bathrooms are stocked with towels.
	Common Area: All buildings have recently been ceramic tiled, painted and the stairways have been newly carpeted. New lighting fixtures keep the hallways lit. Hallways have emergency lighting. All buildings have keyed mailboxes for privacy and for your convenience an out mail basket to save you a trip to the post office.
