Utilities: Electric heat is supplied by Kennebunk Light & Power and is competitive with gas heating prices.
Grounds: Grounds are maintained by the management of Spruce Meadow and hired contractors. Our maintenance men visit the complex frequently. Driveways and walkways are kept clear of snow by hired contractors and landscaping is done weekly during the season. Outside lights are regulated by an electronic eye and all outside fixtures have been replaced and the cost of the electricity for all outside lighting is paid through the complex management. We pride ourselves on keeping the grounds well maintained at all times.
Common Area: All buildings have recently been ceramic tiled, painted and the stairways have been newly carpeted. New lighting fixtures keep the hallways lit. Hallways have emergency lighting. All buildings have keyed mailboxes for privacy and for your convenience an out mail basket to save you a trip to the post office.
Ares Activities: Kennebunk offers may activities for residents: Beaches (parking passes) - Golf - Tennis - Biking - walking trails and shopping are a few of the activities you will find with a few miles of Spruce Meadow.
For Seniors: Kennebunk Senior Center is located 4 miles from our complex and has a very active membership which includes: Tender Loving Calls - Volunteer Drivers plus monthly activities to keep you busy.
Non-Smoking Units: Spruce Meadow offers non smoking units to all tenants.
